If the transaction is marked "failed", the funds you have sent will not leave the sending address, and you can request a transfer again; if it is marked "successful" but you still cannot see the funds in the receiving address or exchange account, the reason may be as follows:
1. The asset is not added to the wallet
If you cannot see the token in the asset list of your wallet after a successful transfer but are notified of a new asset, you may need to add the asset to the list manually.
2. The funds transferred do not reach the minimum deposit amount allowed by the exchange
Each exchange may have its own requirement for the minimum amount of assets allowed to be deposited. Your transferred asset will not show in your exchange account if it does not reach the exchange's minimum deposit amount. In this case, please contact the customer support of the exchange for further assistance. It is recommended that you check out the minimum deposit amount of an exchange before depositing assets into its address.
3. Your transaction does not have as many block confirmations as required by the exchange
If your transaction is successful and the transferred funds have reached the exchange's minimum deposit amount but the funds are not showing in your exchange account, this may be because your transaction has not received as many block confirmations as required by the exchange. (The more block confirmations, the less likely the transaction will be reversed, and thus the more secure it is.) You may check out the minimum number of block confirmations the exchange requires. You will see your funds in the exchange account once the number of block confirmations meets the requirement. Please contact the customer support of the exchange for further help if your funds do not arrive after the transaction is confirmed.
4. The exchange does not support the transferred token
If the asset you transferred to an exchange account is not supported by the exchange, please contact the customer support of the exchange for further assistance.
