To ensure the validity of the request, a requester has to connect to the address of the tagged token's issuer / the tagged account / the tagged contract's deployer when requesting to remove a tag. If you want to remove the tag of a cold wallet address, please contact us by submitting feedback in "Contact Us > Other" and adding a message signed with the cold wallet address to the description.
Message to be signed (template):
I am the owner of the address [tagged address], and I am requesting to remove the tag [tag name] of this address. The message is signed at [dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss].
