To ensure the validity of the request, a requester has to connect to the address of the tagged token's issuer / the tagged account / the tagged contract's deployer when requesting to remove a tag.
If you want to remove the tag of a cold wallet address, please contact us by submitting feedback in "Contact Us > Other" and adding a message signed with the cold wallet address to the description.
