You can reclaim delegated resources (Energy/Bandwidth) when the delegation is not locked or its lock period has expired. The lock duration depends on the settings of that delegation. Taking Energy as an example, below is a step-by-step guide to show you how to reclaim the delegated resources.
Step 1: Go to TRONSCAN and click "Connect Wallet" in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: After your wallet is connected, move the cursor over the address and then click ">" next to "Resources" to go to the "Stake 2.0" page.
Step 3: Navigate to "My Resources" > "Resource Overview" and click on "Reclaim" next to the corresponding resources you would like to reclaim.
Step 4: In the window that appears, enter the amount of Energy to be reclaimed and click "Confirm". Then, sign in your TronLink wallet to submit the transaction.
Step 5: After the transaction is submitted and confirmed on-chain, the delegated resource capacity returns to your account. Reclaiming a delegation does not necessarily make all of that capacity immediately available: resource usage is accounted for under the protocol and consumed resources recover over time.
