TRX and TRC10 token mapping
For TRX and TRC10 tokens, the system will automatically map them from the main chain to the side chain (or vice versa). Users can deposit or withdraw their assets directly.
TRC20 token mapping
TRC20 tokens will need the issuers to map the tokens manually (only asset contracts, aka issuance contracts, need to be mapped; non-issuance contracts do not need to be mapped) so a deposit or a withdrawal can be done. Non-token contracts such as random number contracts and dividend contracts need developers to map them manually. While mapping a TRC20 token, its contract will also be mapped to SUN Network, but the address will differ from that of the MainNet. Here are the steps of TRC20 token mapping:
Step 1: Log in to the account page and find “Token(s) issued by me”
Step 2: Click on “Mapping”, select side chain and start mapping.
Step 3: Confirm the mapping. The status will change to “mapped” once the mapping is successful.
